Peace is a state of mind, a sense of tranquility and lightness to be in good with yourself, with the people around us and with the universe. To achieve this emotional balance it is necessary to adopt habits that promote serenity within you and thus it will be reflected in all your actions. If you want to live in a harmonious and peaceful environment, do your part and be the change you want to find in others. For this, here are ten tips on how to live in peace and plant positive seeds to go through.

10 ESSENTIAL ATTITUDES OF HOW TO LIVE IN PEACE

The ten attitudes I will share below will help you conquer the state of peace you desire. They are small changes of ideas and behaviors that together will promote a great transformation in your life. Check!

1 – BE THE PEACE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD

Two things that determine the kind of energy we will receive are our attitudes and our thoughts. In this sense, if you want to obtain positive energies to live in peace, show the universe that it is worthy of this through your positive actions. Avoid getting into unnecessary conflicts, don’t judge people lightly, don’t act violently, try to be fair when making decisions, in short, be someone who really prioritizes tranquility and promotes peace in every gesture.

2 – UNDERSTAND THAT LOVE IS NOT CONTROL

Love is an extraordinary feeling that makes us want to see the people we love happy. However, it is important that you know how to differentiate the affection you feel from the need to control the other. Watching over the happiness of those who love each other is a very beautiful attitude, a true demonstration of generosity and affection, but remember that everyone is free to act and make decisions according to their own ideas, feelings and values. Therefore, keep your attention to the way you act in your personal relationships, value respect and, especially, trust.

3 – EXERCISE FORGIVENESS

Resentment is a harmful feeling that prevents individuals from overcoming the past and looking forward to experience the present in fullness. Therefore, to live in peace, it is necessary that you eliminate these sorrows from within, forgiving those who may have caused you some harm, and making room for love and good. As much as i may not be able to regain confidence in the one who hurt you, overcoming the pain will help you find your inner peace.

4 – PRIORITIZE DIALOGUE

Even if you strive to live in peace, there will be situations in which you will find differences between your opinion and that of others, after all each individual is unique and dealing with differences is part of coexistence. What should change is the way you act when that happens. Instead of imposing himself and arguing to prove his reason; prioritize dialogue so that you can hear the other’s point of view and also express yours with respect. Talking is the best way to find understanding and a great opportunity to acquire and share experiences and knowledge.

5 – TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH

Her health has a great influence on her state of mind, so watching over her is a gesture of self-care and self-love. Choose well the foods with which it feeds the body and the thoughts with which it will

feed the mind, practice physical exercises and do regular check-ups. Absence of diseases is not synonymous with complete health, to be truly healthy it is essential that your body, soul and mind are truly in harmony.

6 – BE OPTIMISTIC

Be optimistic and believe that good always wins; it is an essential act for peace to come into your life. For this, it is necessary to allow yourself to open your eyes to the good side of life, in order to see that, even in delicate moments, it is always possible to find a positive lesson that makes you grow. Optimism is a feeling that infects and multiplies, so the more you surround yourself with optimistic people, the more your mind will occupy itself with positive thoughts as well.

7 – RESPECT THE DIFFERENCES

Have you ever wondered what the world would be like if everyone was the same and had the same opinions? We certainly wouldn’t have access to as many discoveries as we have today, because the greatest richness of the universe is certainly its plurality. The fact that we are different from each other allows one to learn from the other, either to change an opinion or to make sure of what they think. No one is obliged to agree with the ideas and choices of the other, it is enough that there is respect, because only then is it possible to live together in peace.

8 – THANK FOR ALL YOU HAVE

Learn to be grateful because everything you already have; so it didn’t happen to you bad, it’s also a way to promote peace in your life. Having goals and wanting to conquer them is something really wonderful and as such, you must always feed is achievement energy, however to stay motivated it is essential to know how to thank you for what you have already achieved as well. Gratitude is a feeling that transforms, enlightens and strengthens, therefore, taking the focus from the absence to put in the presence. It is also important to be grateful to the people who contribute to their happiness and bring peace to their day to day.

9 – LIVE IN AN ORGANIZED WAY

Although they seem completely different areas of life, the organization is also able to promote peace. After all, without it people feel lost, overwhelmed and without time to enjoy every moment in fullness. Take the organization primarily in relation to the environments where you live and the commitments, tasks and finances. Thus, you will be able to make better use of your resources and, especially, your time.

10 – FIND YOUR MEANING OF PEACE

Although peace is a synonym for tranquility and harmony, it can have a different meaning in each person’s life. To find yours, you need to get to know each other and find out what makes you feel good and happy. Through self-knowledge you can choose what your priorities are and then define strategies to transform your meaning of peace into your reality every day.

Living in peace is mainly a matter of choice and, by putting these tips into practice, you will be choosing to be happy. Be a positive example for all those with whom you live, live your light and bring light wherever you go.
